Since the Nursing Professions Act came into effect on January 1, 2020, we have transformed our Institute for Nursing, Health, and Social Affairs in Hagen into a stronghold for training nursing professionals and nursing assistants. We have recognized the challenges of the constantly evolving healthcare sector and respond with an innovative approach to train qualified professionals and provide much-needed support to the job market. Our focus is on imparting knowledge, developing practical skills, and fostering empathy in aspiring nurses.
